Unity Insights supports KSS AHSN and the wider Patient Safety Improvement programme in the delivery of national improvement programmes aimed at delivering best practice. Recently commissioned was the spread of the asthma discharge bundle, and a dashboard was compiled using data held in the public domain to better understand the baseline delivery of the discharge bundle.
