Impact reporting – Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex (Health Innovation KSS)
Unity Insights is working with Health Innovation KSS to demonstrate the breadth of impact the organisation is making to the health system and citizens in Kent, Surrey, and Sussex.
This covers a wide range of analyses, including support through the assurance process, build and implementation of internal scorecards to facilitate greater programme governance, and development of automation to enable more meaningful reporting of the impacts the portfolio of work that Health Innovation KSS undertake.
