At Unity Insights we have been supporting innovator preparedness for the NHS for many years. Utilising our unique understanding of the NHS, and our skills in artificial intelligence, we have developed our first Innovator Readiness Assessment Tool.
What is the purpose of the NHS Readiness Assessment Tool?
The NHS is a world leader in healthcare innovation, but even the most innovative solutions can struggle to get on the ground in a complex, resource-constrained system. Innovative pilots fail to scale because priorities are uncoordinated, there are operational barriers, or there is no evidence of impact in real-world settings. The NHS Readiness Assessment Tool was developed by Unity Insights to address these challenges head on. By combining AI-driven analytics with NHS-specific frameworks, our tool gives innovators a clear, fast-tracked assessment of their innovation’s NHS fit, saving time and lowering risks related to adoption.
As a social enterprise, Unity Insights provides support services to innovators and the NHS. After successfully supporting hundreds of clients and receiving excellent feedback, we have made our services available to a wider audience.
Please note: This is a beta version. Some features may not work perfectly and improvements are ongoing. We welcome any feedback as we continue to refine and enhance the NHS Readiness Assessment Tool.
How does the NHS Readiness Assessment work?
The NHS Readiness Assessment Tool is designed as an initial step to help you – the innovator – understand how and where your innovation fits in the NHS market. The NHS prioritises innovations that prove end-to-end readiness, not just technical functionality but proven real-world feasibility.
The tool comprises of 11 domains of innovation which Unity Insights have identified as key components of assessing an innovations NHS deployment potential. Elements of which relate to cost-effectiveness, environmental impact, patient and public acceptability, and sustainability which are key NHS innovation principles.
After completing the form, you will receive a personalised assessment report that identifies areas of strengths alongside any gaps and potential for further adaptations to maximise your adoption potential in the NHS.
